- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for a kick)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favourite)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the ribs and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
