To make bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin, you’ll need:
- 2-3 lb beef tenderloin, trimmed of excess fat
- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 2-3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
